William shortly after graduating High school decided to join the work force serving in both the United States Navy then in the Army National Guard Reserves as an Aviation aircraft mechanic and Aircraft inspector for a combined 11 years’ experience. After honorably retiring from the military, he endeavored on working in the construction industry for various years gaining knowledge from fields such as a Certified Electrical technician, Residential contractor, Solar certified technician, then the field of Stone fabrication with Silestone USA which led to the opening of his own company Ultimate Stonework LLC. established for over 15 years which together with his family still operate and own till this day.. William’s Real estate knowledge started in early 2000 with the purchases of his first Primary home and then Rental properties at the age of 23 with the use of various loan programs. Having lived and worked in the New York region for more than 5 decades and with 5 years of experience as a Bilingual home inspector and a NAFHAC certified FHA 203k Consultant has the skills and knowledge necessary to spot potential problems or problem solve before clients put in an offer or list their homes for sale.
